Remarks :

The faculties are great and the campus is pretty. It's still under construction, and since we are the foundation batch the placements aren't something we can talk about but It is Manipal so we are pretty much sure that it will be great

Course Curriculum Overview :

Amazing the faculty are supportive and helpful, most of them teach from ppts but most of them are Ph.D. holders so that accounts for something. The faculty have well experience and works for the best of the students.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

So far we cannot say anything as we haven't reached the point at which we require internships, but we have been provided with internship opportunities. From AICTCE and all. We have an industry-academia talk every Saturday that helps us network with people from the tech industry.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fees are extremely high for a new campus and for what we are being provided with. At this poin,t we are just paying for the brand name. Since the campus is still under construction there is nothing else you'll pay for.

Campus Life :

No campus or social life yet, but ut will improve with more batches and as the construction gets over in the next few months but up until now we cannot say anything yet about the club activities and social life

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are amazing however there are no attached bathrooms in a hostel, but the common bathrooms are amazing and equipped with everything you'll need. The rooms are really nice and very aesthetic

Hostel Fee : INR 190000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

Over 60% of students got placed this year. We have a very supportive place we get a placement of placement opportunities from the final year and the sixth seven semester as well Top companies such as Accenture, TCS amaedus Schneider electric Siemens JSW, Wipro Z scaler. The highest package was given by Z scaler of 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is fivelakhs.

Placement Experience:

The placements at presidency university offers is average, the placements percentage is high but the packages are low, the highest was around 13L per Annum and average of around 3L per annum. Students are eligible for placements in third year, while having many opportunities for internships during the period of 4 years. There are various companies that visit our college for placements such as shell, tech Mahindra, dell, capgemini, and many more companies. My plan after degree is get a high paying job either through placements or self searched interviews
