Remarks :

We have two shifts in our college shift 1 is aided and shift 2 is self finance. Admission process is same for both the shift. The college releases admission portal after the announcement 12th state board results. Students have to download the application, fill them and should take a print out of it and should submit it to the college. Selection will based on marks scored in 12th board. Other board students whose results may get delayed will dates extended.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Exams are held semesters wise. We have six semesters and in each semester we have 2 Internal assessment exams commonly known as CIA. Science students also have lab practical exams. with proper preparation these exams are easy.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many different Government and private companies come here for internship opportunities for students from various departments. These include reliance, bank sectors, IT sectors and government organizations.

Placement Experience :

Companies like reliance come here for Placement. Most students prefer doing higher education and research after completing this course. Some prepare for government exams. During these 3 years students are well trained for their professional career.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fees structure for shift 1 courses will be around 10k for a year. And for shift 2 it can be around 20k. There are various different scholarships available for students which can be applied easily.

Campus Life :

The college is famous for its annual INDECO event where students from different departments eagerly participate. Many famous personalites are invited for the fest. There are many different clubs like fine arts, quiz club, environment club, and blood donors club. Students can also volunteer in NCC and NSS.

The pros and cons of VIT Vellore

Placement Experience:

The college provides the best placements for students but that depends on their CGPA's The students are eligible for campus placements in their 5th year of college They even offer placements in TATA ,and other Many more prestiged companies Only on basis of good grades and overall extracurricular activities of the students The highest package offered is 1-2 lacs per annum and minimums package is 6-7 lacs per annum I plan on continuing my studies even after degree to acquire PhD Doing PhD is more valuable in a course like biotechnology But it is up to you to choose what you want Whether to go for jobs directly or do something research and get the deserving benefits
