Remarks :
I had applied for the GGSIPU Colleges for BBA program and was expecting Maharaja Agrasen institute of management studies as it is one of the best colleges for BBA in India. The admission criteria for the same was minimum 50% in the 10th and 12th boards respectively, which is acknowledgeable for every aspiring student. The process included to fill the registration form and then within a week a college was allotted and if not satisfied with the college allotted you can wait for the spot counseling process where you can choose your college according to your rank in the CET exam for the course. I was quiet impressed with the spot counseling thing. The admission process was quiet smooth with minimum hussel and desirable.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty was quite qualified with doctorate degrees and teaching was very good with lots of activities included. There were many sessions with professionals every week for the exposure also. The exams and rest were conducted timely and we're good enough for any student who gave attention.
Internships Opportunities :
Several types of internship opportunities were available, from almost all fields. And was highly encouraged to do so and was given very much importance. Several types of projects were given and handled by the students and were a part of the curriculum. Unique ideas were appreciated and perks were given.
Placement Experience :
Students with no back were allowed to sit in the placements and the companies coming were Infosys, Accenture, ion trading, Wipro, Times of India, and many more. Average package provided was 5-12 CTC. I plan on getting the campus placement and move forward with a good company.
Fees and Financial Aid :
Fees were good being semi-government college and books were provided in the library itself for the studies which minimized the cost of study. Every year there were intership fairs organized by the faculty and the senior students and everyone was encouraged for it.
Campus Life :
Fests, sessions were conducted frequently, books of all types were available in the library. Classrooms were well provided with amenities like fans ac whiteboard, video lectures, and so on. Extracurricular activities were highly encouraged throughout. There are several groups and societies run by students for entrepreneurship, social activities, theatre, music, various forms of dance, skill development, etc.
