Remarks :

I have applied for IPU and Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University. But I preferred IPU over Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University. I have cleared IPU CET in order to take admission. The admission criteria were not so difficult. There were no minimum marks as one has to clear IPU CET for admission. One can apply for the exam only after his/her completing the 12th class.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose BBA because it gives perfect exposure to a person about all the fields of Business. It is also a Professional Course. The faculty: student ratio was 1: 10 i.e, there were 5 teachers allotted to one class of 60 students. The faculty was highly qualified. They were not stuck only at the books but also took the use of PowerPoint Presentation, Group Discussions and activities to understand the subjects. Exams were undertaken at the end of every semester. The semester exams were not much difficult for those who are genuinely studying for exams. The pass percentage was 97%.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 88300 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Executive - Advisor Franchisee Office, company-operated is the top role offered in my course. The sales and Marketing Intern positions were offered the most number of times.

Placement Experience :

From the 4th Semester, Students become eligible for Campus Placements. Approximately, 50-60% of the students were placed from my course. Approximately, 40% of the students got internships from my course and Science News 18, Edumulya and OxyGarden were some of the Internship Companies. The highest package is 4 lacs per annum, the lowest package is 1.8 lacs per annum and the average package is 2.9 lacs per annum respectively offered in my course. Reliance Nippon Life and Okaya Power Limited were the top recruiting companies for my course. I am planning to pursue an MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Annual fees for courses have to be submitted before the beginning of the new session. There was no fees hike policy. I faced some problems while submitting my final year fees because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. I was not able to afford my fees. There was no Scholarship and Financial Assistance given to me.

Campus Life :

The Annual Fest of MAIMS (Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies) is "Genesis". The library has a large variety of Books and Journals related to my course. It also offers the facility of Book-Bank. The infrastructure for my course was very nice. Every Class is Air-Conditioned. All Classes have the Projector Facility to show any type of Presentations. They have a large Football Ground, Indoor Badminton Court, Lawn Tennis Ground and many more sports. They have appointed various Sports Teachers for guidance. They organise various extra-curricular activities. Nav-Chetna is one such society that aims to help needy people. This society was run by the students.

Reality of a Government College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course offered me to gain knowledge about various aspects used to run and understand the terms related to business. The course prepares to deal with simple terms and understand them and to take actions upon them. The infrastructure can be improved. The timings for both internals and externals is good.

Placement Experience:

The students of final year become eligable for placement and they have to get register themself in the placement cell. the company like Swiggy and fintech company visit here. The highest CTC offered here is 3.5 lakh and average package ranges here from 2.1 lakh per annum. 70% students are placed here every year and rest secure off campus jobs. I have plan to secure an off campus placement.
