Very good amd reputed college just need some innovations.

Remarks :

The admission was done on a merit basis. I came in third list with 84.6 percentage marks in 12th. The college admission process was very tiring because I have to reach the college 3-4 times before admission as I was not belong to yamunanagar. Then we have to reach college with all our certificates, marksheet and other required documents and then the verification is done by the teachers and I have selected for the admission in the college. Then we were asked to deposit the fees amount to the college so we have deposited partial amount of money. Then we are asked to come to college on a certain fixed date and all the formalities are done. For the students of Haryana there was additional 5 percentage grace marks which can be added in merits due to which it somewhere looks partial to the home state students as they have an additional advantage in getting the admission in college. I have also applied for other colleges in yamunanagar like Maharaja agarsen college but not took admission in that

Course Curriculum Overview :

The teachers are undoubtedly well qualified in their subjects but there are certain new teachers who don't have certain experience and they need training. The college is well-reputed and near to my hometown. The faculty to students ratio is quite well The exams are done semester wise and it is not too much difficult to crack the exam of my course

Placement Experience :

The campus placements happened in the last year of graduation i.e. in 5th and 6th semesters. The placements are well and known companies like TCS, British telecom, wipro, etc. visited the college and they took around 100-150 students each year. The average package offered is around 2-2.5 lakh p.a. My plan is to become a government employee after graduation.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The campus placement is well in the college but this year due to pandemics the placements process doesn't go well. The fees is undoubtedly fair and justified for each and every course and also there are no such hidden charges. The area is accessible and all transport facilities are available.

Campus Life :

The tech fest and other events happened regularly. Also blood donation camp on the 5th of September is quite regular. The books are available in nice quantity and almost all related books are available in abundance quantity. The classrooms are well big and furnished and also cleanliness is taken ad priority every day. The extracurricular activities include cricket, events, additional lectures, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very old they use to run the same curriculum form last 10 years. So as per my openion the curriculum is not up to the mark as we compare to other colleges or universities. So they need to change the curriculum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bcom is the course which is easy to take the degree and to give your extra time to side hustles you want to do in your college time. That's why I decided to choose this course. Bcom is the course which opens various fields for you either it is masters or to give entrance test for competitive exams. Interships during Bcom helps you to get good reputated and professional job in big companies. Way of teaching should be improved from teaching in classes to give the real world experience by giving practical experience in companies. We get one hour for unit test exams according to new education policy and it is enough time to complete the exams as per difficulty level.

Admission:

For admission, first of all, I visited the official website of the college in June 2015 and applied by filling the form given on the website. Based on the application they published a merit list and I got selected so I reserved my seat by remitting the fees and got the admission by the second week of July.

Placement Experience:

Yes, this college has a career guidance and placement cell which organizes interviews in different companies. It provides necessary training to the students with different activities like mock interviews, aptitude tests, quiz competitions to help in getting placement.
