Remarks :
I tried for JEE but unfortunately, I wasn't able to get through it, after then I searched for some good colleges in Delhi- NCR, and trust me this is the best private university all around in this area and it has the most healthy environment for one to issue, then it's affordable fee is like cheery on the cake. I didn't avail for any quota but one get it on a various basis like for Haryana domicile or by giving srm exam i.e. SRMJEE. The criteria are not hard to crack for anyone, instead, they have a very simple admission process and very easy criteria. Although the admission process was a Lil mess they were so helpful and honest that one can easily adjust and keep patience as patience is the only key.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Basically, I choose B.Tech because it the most aspiring course and it has a lot of career options for us all. One can easily get a hand in a lot of opportunities. From business to technical a B.Tech aspirant has lots of options. Even this creates a lot of job security for all. This was the only reason for me to choose this course. The faculty: student ratio is around 1:50 which is very satisfying and comfortable for all. The faculty is their biggest highlight as a maximum of teachers are highly qualified being a PHD and have a lot of experience, they have very smart way of teaching and they also clear our doubts very nicely. In each semester we have 5 internal exams and one final external exam for each subject. On the other hand, we have one external and one internal for every lab.
Internships Opportunities :
There are many intership chances for us all like last year we got an internship with DCS although that was not paid. But one can get paid by applying to companies through online or offline mode by their own end. Minor and major projects are given in the 7th and 8th sem to the studnets in which the support of teachers and their guidance is also provided.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible from 7th sem and training are given to them. Minor and major projects are made by students. Various companies visit the university starting from amazon to Byjus and then to Wipro and also many MNC's which given us a lot of chances to get hired. Many offers are made by the companies for all. The average package is 4 lakh p.a. This year the highest one was around 8 lakh p.a. The companies mainly demand the average sgpa to be more than 8 and with no active backlogs. My plans after the degree are to get a placement and do some higher studies too with the support of my company and their such programs.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The fee is not much high as compared to other universities it the most affordable university. We have an admission fee of 165000, the rest up we have a hostel fee or bus fee, which is applied only to those who want to take this facility. Rest there are library charges which are applied for all. But this all makes it affordable only, there is no such hike that one can not afford. There is mainly 3 scholarship. 1- Haryana domicile - This is given to those who have residency proof of Haryana but to avail of this you must give their exam. 2- SRMJEE - This is the exam conducted by the university for admissions. 3 - 12th board marks- For the students with more than 90% in 12th exams but to avail, you have to given their exam.
Campus Life :
The annual fest is PRISMA which comprises of a lot of events from singing to dancing, there are a lot of chances for all to avail some awards and win competitions. They have start night at the last day on which anh star is called and they give a live performance for which everyone stays excited. The technical fest is also organised every year by the university. Coming to the library, we have E-library and physical library too. University has all the most famous publishers of books that one requires to study. The classrooms are also very beautiful and fully AC with projectors and other facilities which make them smart classes. In the evening after university end, students can stay and play different sports, also they have a gym and other things also. There are many groups such as dance society, drama society, a singing society, and lots more which have an important role in the university functions and events. Also, students run their social media handles and all very nice.
