B vartak review

Remarks :

One of my cousins referred me to this college for academic and placement purposes. The admission process is based on Merit-based in July and August. University of Mumbai the website used while selecting this college. this college is a Public-Private control by Gokhale Education Society.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I did my 12th in Commerce with Mathematics, I had two option one is B.com and another one is B.sc IT in my 12th I had IT subject also, I was looking for Degree which is advance and chances of getting a good job After degree. So, I selected B.sc IT.When I joined Shri Bhausaheb Vartak Arts, Commerce, and Science College for difficult subjects we had two faculties one is guest faculty and another one is regular faculty and also we had doubt clearing session from guest faculty but after one year no facultieswho can teach properly and even no guest faculties, and now most of the faculties are new and fresher. The exam is used to conduct between October to November 1st semesters and after that March to April 2nd semester-wise Exam Yearly two semesters. The Exam is not that difficult if you are a regular students

Internships Opportunities :

During college days in my time we never heard called internship, After graduation only we aware of internship, so it is difficult to answer about the internship. If you want to do an internship during college days it is better to do Engineering.

Placement Experience :

The placements in my college are not that good as well as in this course (B.sc IT) reason behind is all IT Companies always give preference to B.E or B Tech engineering candidates compared to B.sc IT or BCA candidates. Still few companies give an opportunity like Infosys and Wipro but in my time only two companies come for the placement one is average company and another one is Infosys. If you are more than or equal to 60% there are chances of getting interviews. students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th semester. The highest and average package as per the company offered is 2.5lacs per yearPercentage of students getting placements is in my time 2 students get placed in InfosysIf you want to make a career in IT. It is better to do a Master's (MCA) after B.sc in IT.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure in this college we had the option of Installment based, and Sponsored Scheme is for Cast students and for others students no discount or anything like that has to pay all the fees and There is no campus job for students who are facing financial problem used to work in a mall as part-time jobs or small jobs.

Campus Life :

campus Life really best I enjoyed a lot, The tech fest called Gokhale Utsav from all the branches of students used to organize, and NSS activities like blood donation and Women Saftey all used to happen. Books and Journals are limited in the library, still, a library was good with the quality of Books. Sports are best in this college especially track and field, Kho-Kho, and annual sports activities where all different class students used to participate.

Admission :

No, did not face any interview, or group discussion. The admission process is Merit-based overall percentage and Marks obtained in Mathematics and there is no written test for the admission you have to fill online form from the University of Mumbai site. And you will get Merit list round-based seat in selected colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Structure at SLRTCE is well structured and covering core electronics and computer science concepts, but it could include more industry oriented skills and emerging technology. It provides good foundation for real world applications and higher studies exams held twice per semester and updates to the curriculum and interactive teaching methods would further improve it's relevance and effectiveness.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have interest in that particular field and I like to do that course related experiments . The Indian government should develop many companies for ENTC students so that they can get placed at large number.
