Remarks :

It is one of the best Colleges in North India. From providing best education to giving a good campus life. Admission process falls under JOSAA and CSAB. You must have a really good score in JEE mains to get core branches. It is in the beautiful city Chandigarh and it has been providing great engineers since 1950. For more details one can refer to its official website pec.ac.in

Course Curriculum Overview :

It is the core branch and have good future options. Study criteria is too good. All the faculties are well qualified and experienced. there are MST after every 3 months and End semester after every 6 months.

Class Size : 125Course Fees : INR 800000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Still I am in First year. I do not have any general experience with internships.

Placement Experience :

Placements are good. Top companies including FANG and Microsoft visit campus for placements. Before placement every student have to complete 6 months of internship in their 6th sem. highest package hits 45 lacs last year. In CS branch placement rate is 100%.

Fees and Financial Aid :

If you are a day scholar then your degree will fall between 8-10 lakhs. But if you are going for hostel then you have to go for 12-14 lacs. Various Scholarships are provided by administration. One can have its complete info on the official website.

Campus Life :

Its annual techno cultural fest is the biggest fest in North India namely PEC Fest. generally it is organized in November. Its library is huge. you will get to have a lot of books. There are 2 separate reading halls. It is well Maintained by administration. Nearly every sport is available in our collage. There are separate grounds for each sport. Only for cricket there are 3 grounds that have facilities of night match too. There are lot of clubs and technical societies for socializing. As they are made compulsory for every student to take part in at least one.

Chandigarh University Adventure

Placement Experience:

The placement procedure was very good according to me as they gave extra classes for the placements like soft skill classes and aptitude classes every week which helped me very much to express myself and prepare well for placement and talking about companies from 2nd year onwards companies started comming and everyone can seat in the exams but if you have back papers then they don't allow to seat in placement exams. I got placement in my 4th year in CTS.

From 7th semester u will sit in the placement cycle If I talk about this year then companies like Microsoft,Goldman Sachs ,chegg, Uber,, McKinsey etc visited Around 40-50 companies have visited till now. For highest package it's for Microsoft ig this year 53l And average package for software companies is around 12 lakhs Percentage of students getting placed is very low this year Around 30-40 % placed till now and this cycle continues till May end About my plans well I m preparing for govt examination

A comprehensive Review of Chandigarh University: Opportunities, Campus Life, and Future Prospects.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements in 6th semester but the final placements is in 7th and 8th semesters. CU has strong placements record, especially for computer Science Engineering(CSE) students. The HIGHEST package is 54.50 LPA (domestic) 2 crore (international) average package is 5-7 LPA for CSE gradutes.in my University boasts a placement rate of over 95% for CSE students, making it one of its strongest displines. The companies visited or offers for students are Microsoft,Google, IBM, Amazon etc. If your placemnts not taking in any companies you can go for higher studies llikes master's degree.
