Remarks :

Overall, Our college was better in all basic facilities. The teaching staff was a bit lazy and also the office staff seemed to be slow during important times. Our principal focused more on studies rather than cultural events which was totally not fair. I wish rules and regulations changes for future students.

Entrance Preview :

After completing my 12th in Computer science, I always wanted to go for engineering in Information technology or Computer Technology, so I had to MHT-CET entrance Exam. But unfortunately due to some financial problems, I had to go bscit.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our B.Sc-IT was total divided in 6 semesters which concluded of 3 years. That is 2 semesters per year. It was almost same as of the engineering studies in IT. But engineering is focused more practically which really is very important in today's world.

Internships Opportunities :

Our college didn't provide any internships during the course but after completing graduation, there was a five days workshop which helped us on how we could cope up globally and technically. So me and my friend joined the certification course of Web technologist and Oracle for further assistance which could add up in our curriculum vitae.

Placement Experience :

Our college didn't provide campus placement opportunities but they kept on updating us about the openings and walk-in available in any good company which needed Information technology candidates. I attended two interviews then I thought doing a certification program which, I am still doing.

College Events :

As our college belongs to Christian minority, Every festivals related to Christians were celebrated and only that, but our college also celebrated Diwali. Our college was also named as best in vasai for intercollege cultural festivals which included dance, singing, fashion show, etc. So we had one of our best time in this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee was neither feasible nor very expensive. I could say average. But compared to B.com, our course was expensive as it came self finance category. So the total fees we paid every year was around Rs.23000 which included tuition fees, exam fees, lab fees, one day industrial visit fees, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Our college offered minority scholarships for Christians and open scholarships for merit students. I availed 2 years of minority scholarship which helped me for my daily expenses and for buying notes. The scholarship was of Rs.6000 which was introduced by Mumbai University.

Campus Life :

Our college really had a good campus and hygiene was at it's best. According to gender ratio boys were 2:1 of girls. Our college even provided free workshop facilities but unfortunately they didn't provide campus placement opportunities for graduates. According to strictness, during exam or project submission, they were quite strict and we need to be punctual as these were the rules they maintained.

Hostel Facilities :

Our college didn't provide hostel facilities as most of the students were local and lived nearby. But the campus was good with wide ground for football, cricket and other activities. The canteen in our college was an average, it could have been more better but we students mostly bought tiffins from our homes.

Alumni/Alumna :

My experience was great with college seniors as they had quite friendly nature and they came from a good background, so we never experienced any kind of bullying type act. They even welcomed us with joy during freshers party. It was a great help from them.

Exam Structure :

Our B.Sc-IT is total divided in 6 semesters which concluded of 3 years. That is 2 semesters per year. Every semester comprised of five subjects. And the paper was of 150 marks in which 75 was theory, 50 was practicals and remaining 20 was internals.

Faculty :

The faculty of our college was better than average, very friendly and trustworthy to be frank. But they could be far more better as we expected more but still our practical sessions were attended on alternate days which really helped in learning important coding in Java and Asp.net.

Placement Experience:

Colleges have placement cells, also known as Career Development Centers or Training and Placement Cells, that help students with the placement process. These cells provide career guidance, training, and placement services. They also help students develop skills like communication, confidence, and leadership.

Placement Experience:

The placments for Bachlor's were not that great. They are more in the favour of Commerce applicants. The maximum package during my time was 400000 which is really less than the market. Also, the placments and the roles are really average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I thought that zoology is most interesting to learn and its have future job opportunity. So basically zoo student are like little dr or zoologist. It provides little bit of that syllabus while learning you feel like you are dr or expert in zoology which example we experience in our day to day life. They need to add more teachers and placement opportunity. After every one and half month there is exam.

Placement Experience:

Well as per our seniors and professors recruiters often visit our college to give placements. There are some big companies too who send their recruiters here. My professor had told me they once got a package for a student for 7,00,000 inr which i think is too much exaggerated but still you could get a placement of 1,00,000-2,00,000 here as a fresher.
