Kaustubh Inamdar's Review On Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College Of Engineering - [MMCOE] Karvenagar, Pune

Remarks :

Availability of advance technical labs for mechanical engineering department in collaboration with TATA group. The CII (Centre of Invention Innovation and Incubation ) well equipped with modern machine tools and tech incorporates skill set required for the market within the students. Well qualified staff with an excellent hands on experience in their fields, always ready to share their knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum has all the content required for being a skilled engineer. It is well balanced between the academic textbook work and the practical work. Since first year of engineering we got to learn about the changing industrials infrastructure and how to get used to it. A good industrial exposure led us to start critical thinking and solution oriented approach towards every task. Quite frankly, the faculty is the best you can ever see. All the teachers are masters in their subject and also tech beyond the textbook when required. No teacher fails to explain the concept by demonstrating with actual models and programming

Placement Experience :

The best in business companies like Volkswagen, Wipro, Mahindra and Mahindra, TCS, Infosys, Cummins are some prominent recruiters. Most of the alumni are now placed in foreign companies and even those in Indian companies are at excellent posts.

College Events :

Every year number of technical events are organised and even external universities show great participation with us. The Ensemble which is the annual event, has departmental sports competitions, cultural activities, gatherings, Funfair etc.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is all you need for being an engineer and smart personality. There's a outdoor sports ground right next to the academic complex and a indoor sports room. There's also a well equipped gym where you can workout under guidance of sports staff and experienced seniors. There's a wifi covering the entire campus. The college library is filled with lots of technical, non technical, entrepreneurship, spirituality, personal development related books. Labs for all departments are equipped with new age machineries and tools. For mechanical department you have an entire automobile lab having a BMW engine for study, modern robotic arm and many more.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel rooms are clean, airy with comfortable beds, tables, chairs. There are sharing options for 3, 5 and 6 buddies. Everyday cleanliness is observed. No case of ragging or riots is seen as seniors themselves are very helpful and initiate to keep discipline.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Structure at SLRTCE is well structured and covering core electronics and computer science concepts, but it could include more industry oriented skills and emerging technology. It provides good foundation for real world applications and higher studies exams held twice per semester and updates to the curriculum and interactive teaching methods would further improve it's relevance and effectiveness.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have interest in that particular field and I like to do that course related experiments . The Indian government should develop many companies for ENTC students so that they can get placed at large number.
