Remarks :

I had heard a lot about MAIMS. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies is considered to be in second place in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for BBA. It provides good infrastructure, faculty, and campus life. It has a decent crowd.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculty of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies is good. But some teachers lack some skills, although they might be very knowledgeable about their subject but they are not able to deliver the same to students properly.

Placement Experience :

Placements are quite average in Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies. Although a lot of companies offers On-Campus Placements but unfortunately opportunities ahead are not that fruitful, also the salary offered are just enough to pay bills. So, I would recommend one to go for Off-Campus Placements.

College Events :

Campus life at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies is good. The college celebrates each and every festival with great enthusiasm. Various societies organizes various fests. The college organizes an annual fest which is really good. It is usually a three day fests. Many guest lectures and seminars are conducted by college at regular basis.

Campus Life :

Campus of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies is actually mix up of 2 campuses. Currently there are 9 blocks and only 2 of them belongs to management students and rest 7 are under Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. There are 5 canteens including the main canteen and famous spot of our college â??Standsâ? where we may sit and watch the matches in the ground.

Reality of a Government College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course offered me to gain knowledge about various aspects used to run and understand the terms related to business. The course prepares to deal with simple terms and understand them and to take actions upon them. The infrastructure can be improved. The timings for both internals and externals is good.

In RLAC there is a placement cell which work for providing placements . Every year many companies ( big/ small) come and choose the liable students for their companies. A Glimpse Inside KMC

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is great considering its comprehensiveness and relevance with daily changing future requirements. besides the subjects that student has taken admission in,they get additional courses such as languages (both indian and international changing according to semesters),they get a "skill enhancement course" which include a great deal of subjects from finance,personality development and sports.same goes for "value enhancement course" and "EVS" which includes study of environment.

The Placement Cell of the Campus by its name is Campus Placement cell. It is a student-led body that from its inception has invited the top companies including McKinsey, Accenture, D.E. Shaw, etc. Hence, it provides a competent and high package base for the students in the corporate world. The highest package was 25 LPA. Life at IIITD

Placement Experience:

IIIT Delhi provides good on campus placement offers, but I guess due to recession the placement were worst last year. Otherwise the college has above 90% placements in each branch. Enough companies come to recruit here but you have to be skilled enough to qualify for the placement. CSSS and CSD are the worst branches in terms of placement here, but not that much as compared in general.

I like the college life!!!

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my particular course that is BCom (hons) it does not provides any choice for the AEC cource in 2nd and 3rd sem, student have to select hindi which is not good at all. Every sem is of approx 4 months, so the frequency of exams is after every 4 months and one has to clear 7 papers in order to pass the sem exam.
