Remarks :

Good college with an extraordinary climatic condition. Love to stay in this climate With a nature friendly atmosphere. The college is little bit strict as compared to government colleges that is the only one thing that i can point out from my entire college life.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I went thourough the MG University board of examination. Now the exam and board. Changed to Kerala technical university KTU. The BTech course includes 8 semester each semester consist of various examinations Last year that is 4 th there will be a project to conduct. Which will upgrade the students to the next level.

Placement Experience :

Our college provide a small placement that can be good to begin a career. Mainly the company coming to our college was IT based companies. So there would be a lack of job opportunity for other branches such as mechanical, civil and all. But they try to conduct more and more placements every year. Even though the stipend getting are little less.

College Events :

Swastika - tech fest Tandava -Arts fest These two are main program which is being conducted every year as a grand function. After that there will onam celebration Chouristmas celebration and graduation ceremony.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Little expensive as compared to government colleges the fees structure is little hard for a middle class family. But there will be education loan available for each any every students for getting admission in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid :

There is various scholarships which is being provided by the college it self. I don't know more about that scholarship as i didn't get one. If you want to know more about the scholarship session then consult the college office for more detailed information.

Campus Life :

They are good. There is gym which can be used by all 3 year students other than 1st year students. There is a well equipped football ground basketball court vollyball court shuttle court and separate area for playing for ladies

Alumni/Alumna :

There is an alumni network which is running successfully and that makes the students keep in touch with each other. Thourough this alumni network various financial services as well as social welfare activities are being conducted simultaneously.

Admission :

I went to take management seat first then i came to know that i get the merit seat there. There was an interview with hods and tutor to review our skills and achievements. Then i started my orientation class and get a brief of the course and all. Then i got the merit seat there in this college.

Faculty :

The facilities are well educated and experienced they guide us to succeed. And the support our carrier to be an achievement. Even though they are strict in discipline and punctuality that makes the students a little irritating. But overall they are good enough.

CUSAT Cochin campus- best college life you can get in kerala

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from semester 6. Many of the largest companies such as Cisco, IBM, Wipro etc come for placements. The largest package was 40 LPA from IT department and average package is 6 LPA. Last year's batch had placement percentage of 90%. My future plans are to try my best for placements, no plans for suture studies as of now.

My College Life at FISAT

Placement Experience:

Mostly the students get prepared for placements in the third year. Placement training is usually started in the mid of the third year. According to the passed out students and our seniors, the institution has enough good placements compared to other private institutions. The students get placed in MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, SAP, Wipro, CTS, IBS, UST Global, Government and Public Sector companies like BARC, ONGC, Powergrid, Delhi Metro and commercial banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Core Engineering companies like MRF, Apollo Tyres, Sobha, Procsys, Kalkitech etc speaks volumes about the professional excellence of students.The major activities of the Placement and Training Cell include coordinating the Campus placement activities of the college Conducting regular training for improving the soft-skills and conducting regular tests, GD`s and Mock Interviews. The major thrust area of the placement cell is training programs. Every student undergoes at least 150 hours of training programs which is spread across the years of study. They are trained by the best in the industry. Career guidance and placement orientation is ensured through sessions organised in-house and support from experts from outside. Guidance on how to prepare for various competitive exams like GATE, CAT, MAT, GRE, UPSC, PG entrance examinations etc. are also provided. Despite the economic uncertainties and industry challenges, the Class of 2024 achieved remarkable success in campus recruitment. A total of 78 students secured packages of 7LPA or more, with 484 offers from 76 companies. The highest package reached 15LPA, while the average package stood at a respectable 5.7LPA. Notable recruiters included TCS, CTS, SAP, Tataelxsi, People10, SOTI, UST, and Qburst. Core companies like Cadence, Schneider, Kalkitech, Procsys, Aarbee Structures, RDC, Saint Gobain, Dalmia, Walkaroo OEN, and Tejas Networks also hired students.
