Remarks :
Overall the experience at this college so far has been good. There are currently no bad remarks in my mind for it. So I would rate this college a good one.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course and curriculum are good enough and according to the latest market requirements. The grading system for exams is the relative grading system. The curriculum provided a good knowledge required these days in campus placements.There are a no. Of industrial visits that have been organized for students of different branches.
Placement Experience :
The placement of the college is good with Amazon, TCS being regular companies. Whereas microsoft also came for the placements this year. Dell is also one of the regualr hirers and provides internship opportunity too. This year Geeks for Geeks also organized their internship examination at our college offering a ?25000 stipend too.
College Events :
There are a lot of events organized at the college. The first of them being oneiros the annual cultural festival of MUJ and being the biggest college festival of Rajasthan it attracts a number of participants from different states as well. The next being Abhivarta the annual sports festival of MUJ in which there are several sports event organized with participation from different colleges acrros different states. The last one being Techideate the annual technical festival of MUJ. It attracts many of the tech enthusiasts from Rajasthan which come in and show case their technical abilities. Besides these many club events are also organized the most Big of them being E-Conclave(Entrepreneurship summit) in which new startups get a chance for their startup funding from AIC.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is quiet feasible. It is one of the cheapest private colleges in the nation. The fee structure is annual. Fees can be paid through different modes like Paytm, net banking, NEFT, RTGS, DD etc. At the time of admission you have to pay ?15000 as security deposit which would be refunded at the time you leave the college. A councelling fees is also to be paid at the time of councelling. The college provides a complete transparency in the fee breakdown.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The college offers scholarship on different basis. Sports scholarship, merit scholarships etc. The students with a sports certificate of any national level participation can avail sports scholarship. Those who got a rank of 1-5000 in the entrance exam can avail merit scholarships. In second year the students with the highest GPA can avail the scholarships.
Campus Life :
The gender ratio is good enough. There are students from different states of the nation. There are around 30 clubs and student chapters fictional in the college. Regular workshops are organized by different departments for all the students. A good strictness is followed for ragging cases. There are immediate actions taken in case of any ragging or bullying case. There is also a student welfare cell in the college which takes care of all these issues.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I have opted for the hostel facility. The hostel facilities are extremely good. There are all types of sports facilities that have been provided with a good heated swimming pool. The hostel rooms are of single and double occupancy only. No more than that. Centralized ac are present. There are a lot of rooms available at the hostel. A mess is also there in hostel which provides you with a good quality food and varying menu.
Alumni/Alumna :
The college seniors are very helpful. They provide a good guidance for the curriculum. Also they provide you with all the help you need throughout your course curriculum. All of the seniors are friendly there are no chances of a student getting ragged because of this friendly behaviour.
Admission :
The 1st step to admission in this college is the entrance exam i.e. MUOET. The next thing is the rank you recieve in this exam will decide which branch will you get at which campus. The admission is totally based on first cum first serve in the counselling. The top rankers would get main campus because they get the chance for councelling before. B.Tech. CSE being my interest was the only thing I had in my mind before the campus. MUJ has a very nice campus with good placements therefore I had no issues in opting for Jaipur campus.
Faculty :
The total hours of lecture for B.Tech. CSE course is 23 hours per week. There are three labs of 2 hours each. The faculty is really good. Most of the faculty are P.Hd. holders and many of them are pursuing it also. The college has a teacher guardian system in which 1 faculty is provided over 15 students for regular monitoring of those students and providing their feedback to the parents regularly about attendance grades etc. The teachers are able to deliver the topic very smoothly with the help of some presentations, worksheets and assignments on a regular basis.
