Remarks :
Poor administration policies of the university that cause a lot of paperwork and delay in normal procedures is a very big problem. Overloaded timetables of classes make it almost impossible for a student to undertake research and project activities. Later it isn't considered too.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well curated. The exam structure includes continuous evaluation that is the internal evaluation of the student And two external examinations that are the Mid Semester exam and End Semester exam
Placement Experience :
The placement and training cell of the college has very experienced officials and is a very well established department. It provides various opportunities to the students including paid internships and training programmes.
College Events :
1. Kritarth - Social events promoting the ideas of the Hon'ble founder of "Art of Giving" 2. Chimera - Multicultural event that includes various programmes to test the extra curricular skills of the students. 3. KIIT Fest - The annual fest of the university where many celebrities perform and entertain the students. 4. KIFF- The fashion festival of the university 5. E Summit - To promote entrepreneurship 6. KIIT MUN - One of the largest MUNs in East India where delegates come over from foreign lands
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee Structure is expensive and is quite higher than other colleges. Being a private college it is expected that the fee structure will be high but the delivery of lectures and setup of the infrastructure in return to the fees paid is average/satisfactory.

Campus Life :
Extracurricular activities are 2nd to academics at KIIT University. A lot of emphasis is given with many official and non official societies functioning in the college to boost the skills of the students. Students from the university have participated in Olympics and Commonwealth games (Eg. Dutee Chand), what more to say about the University's emphasis on sports. There are well developed courts and playgrounds too.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is good, food needs a lot of improvement in terms of quality as well as quantity. Hostel rules need to be eased as the in time starts from 630 in the first year to 930 in the 4th year which feels less like a hostel and more of a jail
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni network of the university is well established. There are good contacts with students in Bengaluru Hyderabad Kolkata and all major cities. Senior students are interactive and can be approached for academic help.

Faculty :
Faculties are well versed in their subject. They are knowledgeable in their area of research. There is a large area to explore in the field of research and innovation in the college guided by the faculties. They require better communication skills.
