College is best for teaching facility and.

Remarks :

The college is good especially for reaching purpose. The teaching staff is well qualified and experienced. There are so many PhD holder as well as some staff also hold M.tech degree in well known institutions. The only negative remark that I would give is about placement of the college and somewhat kind of non-supporting tendency of teaching staff.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My Course is BE in Mechanical Engineering. The staff supports extra curriculum activities also. Speaking about exam structure consist of 2 internal sessional exams of 20 marks each and 1 external sessional exam scoring 60 marks. Two internal sessional exam of 20 marks makes 40 marks out of 100 marks and 1 external sessional score 60 marks each. The external sessional exam belongs to North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon The practical and external exam are conducted after the university exam.

Placement Experience :

Speaking about Mechanical Engineering the placement is very poor. The company come here do not give the dream job and payment to the student. But for the students who belong to Computer and IT branch have great opportunities in this college.

College Events :

The events like Milestone, I-tech Thirst, Tech Feast are celebrated every year. The fresher's party is arranged for all fresher's who belong to all the available branches of college except mechanical engineering.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structure is feasible for students. I belong to OBC category and I have to pay total fees about Rs 38947. The hostel fees is also feasible for the middle class student. We need to apply for scholarship form online provided by Mahadbt.

Fees and Financial Aid :

As far as I know for OBC student there is only one scholarship provided by Mahadbt. The other scholarship are also available for BPL or Poor students who are not capable for paying fees. The hostel student can apply for Punjabrao Deshmukh scholarship if he belong to Open category. If he do apply for this he will get 50 percent return fees that belong to hostel fees.

Campus Life :

The college pretty good in extracurricular activities like Robocon. The college also have good rank in robocon. The college is also good for students who want to participate in Hackathon. Previous year our college won 1st prize in Hackathon. Other extea curriculum is not so good. The student can participate in committee or take membership for ISHRAE, SESI and ISTC ( belongs to mechanical only). If rating is provided for extra curricular, I would rate 3.5/5.

Alumni/Alumna :

The Alumni Network is good as well as it is very helpful for students. Every year the college helds alumni program and the alumnies shares there experiences about job and also guide the students. The free discussion program allow student to discuss freely with the alumni freely.

Admission :

I got admission in college through a state entrance exam called MHT-CET by scoring 83 marks out of 200. The admission process is quite simple we have to register through DTE website provided by government of maharashtra. Then we have to fill the college preference form and we have to wait for online merit list provided by college. If it includes our name then we are qualified for getting admitted in our college. After confirming our name in college merit list we have to visit college and take offline form along with necessary documents. And finally we are done with admission process, pay some advance fees which you can bear and they will give you roll number.

Faculty :

The faculty is good enough to support students participating in extra curricular activities. Some teachers do not support extra curricular activities but it does not matter to the student who really want to be successful by participating in extra curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Structure at SLRTCE is well structured and covering core electronics and computer science concepts, but it could include more industry oriented skills and emerging technology. It provides good foundation for real world applications and higher studies exams held twice per semester and updates to the curriculum and interactive teaching methods would further improve it's relevance and effectiveness.
