Remarks :

As college is very old.so as the buildings. Starting the road opposite to the college was not good but now they are making it.any there was a problem related to the parking of vehicles ,there is no proper place to park the vehicle.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It's gud, here they will cover all the syllabus.our college is not vtu its autonomous underwater vtu so the papers for the exam will be prepared by the college itself. Where in vtu paper is common for all the vtu colleges d it will come from Belgum

Placement Experience :

Placements d job opportunities r very good here every year many students get placement companies like mercedes Bosch d even Google once came d now it's coming r not i don't know.d the college doesn't offer any internship

College Events :

In our college there are club. which r run by the students of our college itself there r like nearly 10 such club following rotaract leo , literary, technical etc they used to conduct the event for the students of the college, they also do the social services like helping blind school , taking part in cleaning services d also inter school competition, some of the events r reflection, jamboree, Malnad fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Students who joined according to the CET procedure will be having less fees as they r selected in government seats where as who joined not based on the CET ranking have to pay the amount set by the college according to the branch which can be 1.5 to 5 lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid :

I don't think the college will give such scholarship but the rank holder will have the scholarship price d even the loan facility will be given by the banks d even government offers the scholarship for the students

Campus Life :

About labs.it's very gud we have all the aquipments required for the lab expirements.and also the college give preference to the sports practice will there for the interested students.d there will be compitation.

Hostel Facilities :

The building of the hostel is not new but the maintenance is gud, no problems of water d even the food in the mess is nice, they fallow the menu set for the week d they fallow it.the security for the students is gud, d main no ragging d even it will be punishable

External Expense : Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna :

There is a alumni who encourages the students d help them.d even seniors r very friendly as ragging in any form is banned d punishable.they also help us in studies related works.d in any form of work

Admission :

Online application according to CET rankings procedure, first we have to select the college online relative to the CET ranking, college cut off. Then we have to wait for the seat allotment list given by the college, according to that we can join to the college, if we not get selected means have to try for the next round like 2 round, there will be alteast 3 rounds

Faculty :

There r many outsiders in our college so they try to reach them d try them to understand.most commonly they use English to teach so that everyone can understand but there r some residents who can't understand the importance English word they will teach them with the local Language of the region as it's Kannada in state they will be explaining in kannada also

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

The placements at presidency university offers is average, the placements percentage is high but the packages are low, the highest was around 13L per Annum and average of around 3L per annum. Students are eligible for placements in third year, while having many opportunities for internships during the period of 4 years.
