BA LLB, Amity Gwalior

Among the above two institutes, Amity University Gwalior is a better choice for a BA LLB degree considering several reasons including placement, infrastructure, campus facilities, etc. The points below give a brief overview of Amity University Gwalior.

  • Amity University Gwalior has been ranked 1st among all private Universities in Madhya Pradesh. This is one of the main reasons that attract companies for the placement of students.
  • The infrastructure of Amity Gwalior is world-class. There is a well-equipped moot court for LLB students to have real-life experience of court proceedings.
  • In the last few years, the BA LLB department of Amity University has seen a 100% placement rate, which is indeed one of the most important aspects for students.
  • The facilities inside the campus of Amity University Gwalior are among the best universities in India. I have a few friends from the institute and they are quite happy with the facilities provided on campus.
  • In the course of BA LLB, you will get to learn foreign languages, as it is mandatory.
  • Amity Gwalior has recorded the highest number of published research papers among all campuses. The National Seminars conducted by Amity Gwalior every year are huge and are a great opportunity for students to participate.
  • Both in terms of campus and hostel life, Amity University is absolutely safe for you to live and enjoy your years of study.

Considering the points listed above, it is clear that Amity University Gwalior is a very good choice for BA LLB.

MA
Maya Agarwal Posted On : September 28th, 2021
Studied at NLSIU Bangalore (2019)

After doing some research online, I found out that there is no age limit in getting admission to this course.

There are two options to pursue the course:

  • BA LLB (5-year course)
  • LLB (3-year course)

For a three-year course, the minimum eligibility is 45 to 60%. For a five-year course, the minimum eligibility is 45% to 60% for the general category and 40 % for the reserved categories.

Candidates will be selected based on their merit. This will include the marks obtained in the CLAT exam.

Completed Studied Master of Laws at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad (2020)

Yes, you can pursue B.A., LL.B after your graduation. You can even pursue the degree without your BBA degree.

You can complete your BBA then pursue the B.A., LL.B. Both courses take about eight years to complete. You can also let go of BBA and complete your B.A., LL.B degree which takes about five years to complete. You can also complete your BBA through distance education and pursue B.A., LL.B through regular learning.

You can also decide to complete BBA and get into a three-year LL.B program in any university in the country that provides the course.

Which is better, a BBA MBA from IIM Indore or a BA LLB from NLSIU?

KA
Kirti Adarsh Posted On : September 16th, 2021
BA LLB from NLSIU

This is entirely a matter of your choice or preference. Both these courses have a very different offering from each other in terms of learning. One is a double bachelor (BA LLB) and the other is a Bachelor's + Master’s degree (BBA-MBA). You can choose one or the other on the basis of your interest. If you are someone who wants to pursue a career in law and be a lawyer, you should pick the course from NLSIU, and if the Management and business side of things is where your interests lie, the clear choice is IIM Indore.

If placements are what concern you, IIM Indore is the winner as compared to NLSIU. IIM Indore’s Integrated Programme in Management has an average pay package of about 20 lakhs per annum which is way more than NLSIU’s median at 12 lakhs per annum for a BA LLB graduate. Along with this, IIM Indore also offers opportunities to be placed abroad, and those who get placed abroad can get a package up to 90 LPA, on the other hand, NLSIU doesn’t have much scope for placements abroad and the few that take place don’t garner more than a 20L PA package.

BBA LLB from Christ University (2020 Batch)

Christ University is one of the best options to study BBA LLB. Christ University has a very good and high quality of education. Before my graduation I chose to opt BBA LLB from Ramaiah College of Law, but then one of my friends introduced me to Christ University. To be honest, Christ University is better than I expected.

  • Christ University is only among the few Universities in Bangalore that is offering Integrated BBA LLB course.
  • Candidates who have successfully completed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum score of 45% are eligible to pursue BBA LLB course at Christ University.
  • For law students, Christ University has a separate court where students can perform and practice as a real court.
  • Faculty members at Christ University are very helpful and possess in-depth knowledge in their specific field.
  • After completing the course, we got training for placements and that was really very helpful. On average students at Christ University Bangalore receive an CTC ranging between INR 6 - 12 LPA.
