KIIT completed the campus placement for MBA 2024 with over 5,500 job offers. The institute achieved a placement conversion rate of 83.06%. Read the article for the complete placement report.
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Deemed to be University (KIIT), Bhubaneswar completed the campus placement season for MBA 2024 with the participation of over 700 top-tier companies. A total of 5,585 job offers were secured across various fields.
KIIT MBA 2024 Placement Highlights
- KIIT School of Technology (KSOT) received over 3,125 job offers from more than 390 companies, with about 1,500 dream offers and an average CTC of INR 8.50 LPA. Companies like HighRadius, Deloitte, and Yugabyte offered the highest CTCs, with Yugabyte leading at INR 53 LPA.
- HighRadius offered the highest placements of 184 offers followed by Deloitte with 148 offers.
- Over 228 companies offered CTC of 5 LPA plus and 134 companies offered CTC of 10 LPA and plus.
- KIIT School of Management (KSOM) recorded 331 offers with the highest CTC at INR 19.35 LPA, and an average CTC of INR 9 LPA. Over 161 companies visited for MBA placements.
- School of Biotechnology (KSBT) achieved an 85% placement rate. Around 43 companies participated in the placement drive.
- School of Law placed 67% of its students, with over 65 law firms and corporations such as TATA Power and HDFC Ergo. The offers received an average CTC of INR 5 LPA and the highest of INR 10.20 LPA.
- School of Rural Management (KSRM) achieved a record 100% placement for its batch of 138 students. 68 companies visited providing the highest CTC of INR 18 LPA and the average CTC of INR 6 LPA.
Top companies like Accenture, Amazon, Capgemini, Deloitte, EY, IBM, Microsoft, and PwC were among the key recruiters. KIIT saw the participation of firms across sectors including IT, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and consulting in the placement drive. Recruiters provided diverse job roles and internship opportunities with more than 1,500 paid internships offered to KSOT during this season.
