Thoughts on education industry
I believe education industry is very dynamic as you get to deal with students, having their own views, dreams and goals in life. As you are the major part of building and shaping these young minds, it gives a sense of satisfaction to each one of us. It makes us feel that we are a part of the process that is helping to create a better individual along with our contribution to the society at large.
Leadership philosophy and style as the CEO of Arihant
Ideally, a leader is a person who has followers, but in today’s generation, the mantra of leadership is more about people who believe in your sayings and ideas. And then one must understand that everything cannot be done alone, having a proper team will help you achieve your set goals in no time. In simple words, I can define my leadership style as - work with the team and be available whenever your team needs you.
Challenges faced in the journey of Arihant College
Arihant in the last 12 years has reached great heights. From being just an Arihant College, today we have become Arihant Education Group. Initially we just had one course with only 100 seats but now we have more than 2000 seats offering various courses at our institutions.

It is obvious, you cannot taste success without having to face challenges. One of the major challenges was to maintain consistency in offering, delivering and standards of our education system and faculty.
Standards of curriculum offered at the institute
At Arihant, all the courses are affiliated to DAVV, so there is not much we can do about it. But, we try to impart practical knowledge to the students. We conduct various industry tours, seminars, workshops and invite experts for guest lecture to provide maximum exposure required to the students.
We offer internships with stipends. 0ur Hospital Administration students are working on various government projects of the CMHO like Swasth Bharat, Save the Child, etc. The students from our institute also deal directly with the patients, and I am proud to say that there is not a single hospital in Indore, where our student is not employed in.
Methods opted to establish a relation with the students
As it is rightly said, that a student teacher relationship is just like a parent and child relationship. So, I thoroughly believe that my students are nothing less than my own children. I make sure to make myself available for them at all times. This not only helps me to create a healthy bond with them but also helps me to understand the psychology of each student.
