Being the professor of KIT College, what is your philosophy of leadership?

"Leadership is nothing but helping others to grow by utilizing your knowledge and experience"

I would describe my leadership style as direct and leading by example. I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects, but I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by showing that my support is always there for them.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practices of industry?

"It is regularly updated after taking suggestions and inputs from all stakeholders"

We design and update the curriculum of our college after rigorous analysis of the industrial world and our students' needs. Because we know very well that a carefully designed and well-executed curriculum plays a significant role in the success of a college, its students and teachers. And to include best industry practices, we take support of our well-prepared and qualified educators and industry professionals to ensure that students receive the best quality education and amenities. 

What are your roles and responsibilities for the college and students?

"Taking regular classes, solving students doubts and monitoring their performance"

I am accountable for planning, scheduling, organizing, coordinating and monitoring lectures and practicals on a daily basis as part of my job. My next focus remains on completing the subject syllabus within a stipulated amount of time. Apart from all this, I keep encouraging my students to participate in all the extracurricular activities organized by college because these activities are really helpful to enhance their skills and teach them new one. 

What do you see as KIT College’s greatest strengths?

"Our relationship with our industry partners and our principles makes us resilient"

Our collaboration with our industry friends and other colleges for the purpose of bringing best learning and growth opportunities for our students. Next is our infrastructure, IT skills, leadership principles and research oriented attitude, all these things together make us strong and different from others at the same time.

How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your college?

"By regularly interacting with people and being a good listener"

To have a cordial relationship with everyone, the first thing I do is I interact with them on a regular basis and try to develop a strong professional bond by showing my respect, honesty and genuine interest for their academic or personal issues. 

What do you think should be the college’s top priority over the next 10 years?

"We should work towards the betterment of students, faculty and college"

In my opinion, we should focus on enhancing the quality of education, expand our reach among students and discover growth areas for students.

What makes your college unique in comparison to others?

"Our education quality, infrastructure and teachers makes us unique"

Our college provides the best quality education and ambiance to all its students despite their background or economic status as we believe in giving equal opportunities to everyone. And in the college campus, we have given a complete open and transparent communication environment to our students to help them express their queries or issues with us without any fear. Last but not the least, our professors are highly qualified and extensively experienced. Overall students will get the best environment, courses and teachers here.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

"Read as much books as possible and keep exploring your passion"

I would advise current youths and aspiring students to read books, keep a curious attitude about your surroundings, keep asking questions and be yourself, don't try to copy others. In addition to this, surround yourself with people you aspire to become. Lastly, work on your communication skills and don't hesitate to accept your mistakes, don't do any kind of addiction be it phone or drugs as everything looks good in limits.
