Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Declared

The Director of Medical Education (DME), Assam has announced the Round 1 seat allotment results for NEET PG Counselling 2024. The results were declared on November 26, 2024, and candidates have been instructed to report to the respective institutes for document verification and admission.Candidates must secure admission at their allotted institutions between December 4 and December 5, 2024.

Key Dates and Reporting Schedule

1. Institute Reporting Process:
   • November 28, 2024: Candidates with Revised State Merit Ranks 5 to 262.
   • November 29, 2024: Candidates with Revised State Merit Ranks 265 to 1577.
2. Admission Dates:
   • Candidates must secure admission at their allotted institutions between December 4 and December 5, 2024.
3. Reporting Time: From 10:00 AM onwards on the respective dates.

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates must bring originals and photocopies of the following:

1. All MBBS mark sheets or equivalent examination certificates.
2. Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or proof of MBBS under AI Quota (if applicable).
3. Permanent Registration Certificate from the Assam Council of Medical Registration.
4. Rural Service Completion Certificate as per the Medical Colleges of Assam Rules.
5. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-MOBC) or EWS Certificate (if applicable).
6. Counselling and Admission Fees as per the institute's requirements.

Important Instructions for Admission

1. All admissions are provisional, subject to verification of documents and eligibility criteria.
2. Candidates must execute a duly registered agreement on non-judicial stamp paper of ₹100 within two weeks from the date of admission.
3. Candidates who have secured admission through 50% All India Quota (AIQ) must provide a surrender/resignation letter from their previous institute.
4. Admission will be canceled for candidates providing false information or violating eligibility norms.
