The core courses of this programme cover current issues in Plant Biotechnology, Advanced Plant Biotechnology and Commercializing Biotechnology. Students are required to select one of the three elective courses which are Advanced Plant Tissues Culture, Advanced Plant Genetic Manipulation and Advanced Plant Secondary Metabolites. The final component of the programme is a research project on an approved topic relevant to the focus of the programme.
