- The Master of Science Electrical Engineering and Information Technology degree programme is the second stage of the two-tier Bachelor’s/Master’s system and follows on directly from the B.Sc. (etit) . It leads to a Master of Science degree which is equivalent to the traditional title of “Diplom-Ingenieur”.
- The research-related Master’s programme will extend your knowledge of the focus area you chose in your Bachelor’s programme. Application-oriented contents will constitute a core feature.
- By integrating students in ongoing research the programme’s emphasis on practical applications is increased. The following focus areas are available:

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Followings are the requirements for this program:
- Test German as a foreign language for foreign applicants (TestDaF) with a final result of TDN 16; only one TDN 3 may be compensated for by one TDN 5.
- German Language Diploma of the Conference of Ministers of Education - Second Level (DSD-II)
- Goethe Certificate C2: Great German Language Diploma.
