This degree programme is unique, because it dovetails with other engineering as well as natural science and business study courses and provides both technological expertise in the chosen major degree and an application-oriented methodological competence.
It provides the opportunity to specialise in the following fields
- KIB Design and Construction
- KIB Numerical Structural Analysis
- Civil Engineering Geology and Tunnel Construction
- Water and Environmental Engineering
- Traffic Engineering
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students who apply for the Master of Science program must have a Bachelor (or comparable) degree in either
- Civil engineering
- Environmental technology and resource management
Indiana Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Most of the courses at the RUB are held in German. Students must therefore have sufficient knowledge of German and provide evidence by obtaining one of the following language certificates:
- TestDaF with at least 16 points within an examination
- DSH (level 2 or 3)
- German Language Diploma - DSD - II
- ZOP or Goethe Certificate C2 from the Goethe Institute
- KDS or GDS from the Goethe Institute
- ÖSD language diploma C1
- telc German C1 Hochschule
- Assessment test (examination part German)
