The year wisr fees for mechanical engineering branch is 40000 for me . The caution deposit for the the college is 10000. For merit students the fees may be 35000. There is no more lab fees than college fees.

My fees is 45000 year wise.4000 is the caution fees.Admission fees is 45000 .lab fees are under 500.other batches include food technology, Computer science, biomedical& civil engineering they have 50000 tuition fees.

The yearly fee structure is less compared to many other colleges, I pay 25000 per year as the tuition fees, I paid 10000 as caution fees, 9000 as registration fees. I didn't take any minor reservation category

The year wise fees of mechanical engineering course is a total of ?44130. Including tution fees of ?35000/- and an additional ?9130 for extra facilities like sports, library, exam registration And for merit seats the tution fees is ?25000/- and the additional ?9130

- The college is well equipped with all the lap requirements for the curriculum
- The teachers are well trained and knowlegable in the feild. Most of the professors are Phd Holders.
Dislikes
- The college is comparatively smaller compared to other Govt Engineering college.
- The parking space is also less, hence there is difficulty in parking sometimes when an event is conducted.
Fees and Financial Aid:
As for Merit students there is an intial admission fee of 9000/- and from second sem onwards it is as low as 5-6k includong the tution and exam fee. So the total fee wil be less that 50000/-. There are 15% Management quitas. For them they have to pay an admission fee of 8-10lakh initially and then the normal fee structure as merit students. There are many scholorahips for the under previliaged and for the reservation category inckusing Egrantz and Premetrics.There is also no tution fee for OEC, SC, ST students. They are also exempted from the Exam fee upto 2 chances. The course is very affordable compared to Engineering in many other private colleges

- College fest of tkmce , (hestia) is considered to be the second most greatest fest ever in kerala among all the other engineering colleges

- Exams are tightly packed in between fests and all .
- Semester completion of 6 months is done in 2 or 4 months that gives less time to study

Tuition fee for a student under merit quota is 40000 On calculating of all the semesters and for a management seat it comes around 10 lakhs total fee including donation . Egrants scholarship is available for all obc and sc st students .each student has 4 offers to his/her own for placements And also it increases according to new companies that come each year

- The best thing about the college is its placement benefits. Around 70 core companies came here to take freshers and interns and there are companies with good annual packages. Last year mechanical department a student got 13LPA in Dubai.
- The locality of the college is another attractive thing about this college. The college is situated in the Kollam district of the state of Kerala. A railway station named Kilikollur is situated nearby within 100m. Kollam junction is 6km from there
Dislikes
- The area where the college is surrounded is much less comparatively. All the departments are connected and closer. Parking area is limited and prioritised for faculty Parking. The auditorium space is also very limited
- College hostels for men for second-year students are not well-conditioned. They do not consider the needs of students, especially on exam days. The toilet condition is also not well-maintained on the last block
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee structure is all taken by the government. It is a government-aided autonomous college by the government of Kerala. The main fee collected was the semester registration fee of about 200. Then by the end of the semester college will collect the exam fee through an online portal named Digipay. It will vary on the basis of semesters. It will be between 2500 to 4000 per student. The year-end college will collect Tuition fees which will also collected through Digipay it will be between 4000 to 5000 depending on the year of study. Totally about 10000 will collected in a year
