Eligibility & Entry Requirement
To be eligible as a regular student at the LL. M. (right) - with memory, the candidate must:
- meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the pedagogical regulations for graduate and postdoctoral studies
- hold a law degree from the University of Montreal or a diploma deemed equivalent
- obtaining, at 1 st cycle, Firmware or Master, an average of at least 3.0 to 4.3 or equivalent. Applicants whose average is between 3.0 and 3.3 or the equivalent must provide additional documents, the list of which is given below.
- demonstrate sufficient knowledge of French and English.
